Rev. Bob Hylton

Robert L. (Bob) Hylton became our Senior Pastor on 3 January 2013.

Bob is a commissioned missionary of the North American Mission Board. He previously served as the Director of Evangelism and Leadership for the Baptist Convention of Pennsylvania/South Jersey. Prior to that assignment, Bob served as Director of Missions in Philadelphia, PA for 3 years and Director of Church Strengthening for 8 years. Bob’s enjoys working with churches and helping equip people for fulfilling the Great Commission of Matthew 28:19-20. He has also served as interim pastor of 7 churches in Pennsylvania over the past 10 years. Prior to coming to Pennsylvania, Bob pastored in Florida for 16 years and was the Senior Pastor of the largest multi-ethnic/multi-cultural church in Broward County, Florida.

James McCoy, Youth Minister

James McCoy is a native of Missouri, who joined our staff as Youth Pastor in December 1997. He attended Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas, where he received a M.A. in Religious Education/Youth Ministry. The Lord has lead James into various ministry opportunities. He has been involved in youth mission work in Colorado, Houston, Haiti, and on the Navajo Indian Reservation. He has also been involved in city-wide youth crusade and inner-city ministry.

James has a remarkable testimony of God's grace working in his own life. Through the grace of God, James has developed a strong passion for youth ministry and a desire to see teens in an authentic, growing walk with our Savior, Jesus Christ.

Students from a dozen different schools participate in the youth ministry at Country & Town. James is responsible for a ministry which includes the sixth through twelfth grades.

Dr. Dino Pedrone

Dr. Dino Pedrone was our guest speaker on April 28, 2013.  A native of Binghamton, New York, Dr. Dino Pedrone is the ninth president of Davis College. Before his role of leadership at Davis College, Dr. Pedrone was the Senior Pastor of New Testament Baptist Church in South Florida (1995 - 2009), and previously held the position of Senior Pastor of The Open Door Church in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania for over 25 years. Dr. Pedrone is an author and has had national and international radio and television ministries. He is passionate about the priority of training men and women to serve Jesus Christ through accredited biblical higher education.

Larry Spittler

Larry L. Spittler is the founder and CMO of HT Training and Development whose mission statement is "Equipping People to Move from Dreaming Dreams to Realizing Them."  Early in 2011, Larry was invited to become one of the Founder's Circle Members of the John Maxwell Training Team.  He is one of approximately 2,000 trainers serving worldwide in over 102 countries as part of the Maxwell team.  He has been a clinician and speaker at a variety of venues including the American Public Works Association, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Messiah College, Millersville University, the United States Army War College Fellowship Breakfast and has been a featured clinician at the MVM national men's conference.  A lifetime learner, and avid military historian, Larry holds a Bachelor's Degree from Messiah College and a Master's Degree from Southern Seminary.  He has been investing in the lives of others for over 30 years and is committed to helping leaders add value to their people and in turn develop the people around them to their fullest potential.

Don Sunshine

Don Sunshine is the Executive Director of Don Sunshine Ministries. He travels the country, ministering primarily in churches. He teaches a "lifestyle evangelism" event called M.A.D. (Make a Difference) and speaks at men's retreats, outreach events, and occasionally fills a pulpit. Don is a certified Walk thru the Bible national instructor for the Old Testament Seminar and does Christian Adventure trips several times a year.

Rev Daniel Su

Daniel Su currently serves as the Executive Vice President of China Outreach Ministries, a missionary agency with a vision to reach out to the 270,000 Chinese students currently studying on university campuses here in the US.

Prior to moving to Pennsylvania, for seven years (2006-2013), Daniel was engaged in church planting and pastoring in the Houston area and witnessed God's blessings as his church completed its building project despite the financial crises in the country, and over 100 people came to know the Lord through baptism. Daniel was leading a growing church with a team of seven on staff when he felt God's call to go to full time missions work.

He and his wife Beth joined our church last year. They have two teen-aged boys: Anthony and Aaron.
